There are three options at checkout to receive your purchase: Pickup, local delivery, and standard shipping.
There are no options allowing same-day receival of product.
Pickup:
Pickup is available from either of our two locations 2500 Williston Rd, S. Burlington, VT 05403 or 2455 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne, VT 05482.
Pickup service is FREE.
Your order will be ready for pickup after 12:00 noon the following business day.
No confirmation will be sent when order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is free for orders over $39..
Local delivery is limited to these select towns:
- Bristol
- Burlington
- Charlotte
- Colchester
- Essex
- Grand Isle
- Hinesburg
- Jericho
- Milton
- Richmond
- Shelburne
- South Burlington
- South Hero
- Underhill
- Vergennes
- Waterbury
- Westford
- Williston
- Winooski
No confirmation will be sent when order goes out for delivery.
Please allow two full business days (excludes weekend days) for local deliveries to be made.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated for UPS or FedEx.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipment is available to the contiguous United States.
Tracking information will be sent during order processing.
Please allow up to seven business days for standard shipping delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be made in-store at either location of Pet Food Warehouse or returned via mail to:

Shipment of return product is your responsibility except returns assignable to Pet Food Warehouse error.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for the return process to be completed.
