PFW has two retail locations in South Burlington and Shelburne, Vermont.
We value face-to-face interaction with our customers and their pets and hope this online service can provide an additional convenience to supplement your in-store shopping experience.
Please note shopping PFW Online differs from shopping in-store in a variety of ways:
- Pricing and promotions may differ.
- Frozen raw foods are only available for purchase in store.
- Bulk discounts do not apply online, including quantity break for cans.
- Customer discounts that are available in store are not available for online purchases.
- This includes PFW Raw Club, local businesses, military & first responders, teachers & educators, local coop members, and Pet Professional discounts.
- PFW Paw Points are automatically earned on online purchases but may only be spent in stores.
- Gift Cards are not available for purchase or redemption online yet.
- Frequent Buyer Programs are not applicable to online purchases per manufacturer guidelines.
- Custom Engraved Pet Tags are only available in store.
- Same-day fulfillment is not available.
- Orders placed for pick up Monday through Thursday will be available the following day. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pick up orders will be ready the following Monday.
